The IMT Atlantique Cyber CNI Chair will be at the heart of the 10th edition of European Cyber Week, from November 17 to 20, 2025, in Rennes. The program will include demonstrations, conferences, and discussions on the major challenges of cybersecurity and the resilience of critical infrastructure.

The CyberSecDome project was presented by IMT Atlantique and Airbus during the Cyber CNI Chair’s Research Update. This European project aims to strengthen the resilience of critical infrastructure through a collaborative cyber defense ecosystem, combining artificial intelligence, advanced simulations, and automated incident response. The demonstration illustrated the concrete progress made by the project and the keen interest shown by industrial and academic players in this innovative approach.
The Cyber CNI Fall 2025 Research Update was held on September 30 at Airbus Defense & Space and Airbus Protect. The event brought together researchers and industry partners to discuss the latest advances in cybersecurity, with presentations, posters, and collaborative workshops.
The Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V. (GI) held its 110th presidium meeting in Siegburg, focusing on key IT topics such as administrative IT education, sustainable development, and community building. Professor Marc-Oliver Pahl, Cyber CNI Chair, actively contributed valuable insights to the discussions.

This international event brings together students, researchers, and professionals to explore how to secure tomorrow’s connected regions. From April 9 to 11, 2025, Fabien Eyssartier, XR engineer for the CNI Cyber Chair, took part in Laval Virtual, a major trade fair for immersive technologies. This immersion enabled him to identify promising XR innovations for cybersecurity, such as digital twins for industrial systems or adaptive environments based on emotions. These discoveries feed into the work of the Chair, notably as part of the CyberSecDome project, and open up new prospects for collaboration and technology watch.
